Rhugved Salunke
Student (Class 12)
I joined Sahyadri School in 9th.
I am an active student who enjoys engaging with campus life and bringing people together, whether through creative pursuits, community initiatives, or collaborative events. Whether performing in a production of 12 Angry Men, helping run the Cooking Club, or organizing and hosting our Farewell event, I take pride in being part of a team and contributing to shared goals that bring people closer together.
In addition to my extracurricular activities, I strive to maintain a calm, balanced approach to both my academics and pursuits, recognizing that consistency and composure often matter as much as enthusiasm in achieving meaningful results.
Sahyadri, unlike other schools, did not feel like a conventional institution where teaching was the primary focus. Instead, I found that the emphasis was placed on what students were genuinely learning. Life at Sahyadri has felt like a continuous journey of discovery, with new lessons unfolding each day — an environment that encourages learning without imposing rigid boundaries, allowing individuals the freedom to grow.
This approach to education resonated with me, as I value the opportunity to explore and learn in a supportive and flexible environment.
