I joined Sahyadri School in Grade 4(2019).

One thread runs through what I do: trying to make complex things feel human. In computer science, that’s a research project on trust and reputation between AI agents, using poker as a testbed to study cooperation and deception. This work is now in preparation for publication. On stage, I’ve had the opportunity to take on lead roles in Vriksha, Anyaay, Rehearsal, and Twelve Angry Jurors, as well as host the school farewell. Off stage, I captain the handball team and edit for Tiwai Tales and Ninad ‘26. Through the outdoor programme, I’ve had the chance to trek to Bali Pass (16,000 ft) and Pandav Patthar (12,500 ft). Beyond the school calendar, I built Lifeline, a refugee-communications app that won the Hilltop Entrepreneur award.

I joined Sahyadri in Grade 4 in 2019. Over the eight years, I have grown in ways I couldn’t have imagined. What I’ve come to value most is the space the school makes for things beyond the classroom. I discovered my passion for theatre here, learned to hold a stage, and had the opportunity to trek to the Himalayas. The quieter moments have stayed with me just as much: spending time at Astachal at the end of the day, and the space to think rather than just compete. Life here hasn’t always been easy, but it has never felt narrow.

Life at Sahyadri has been transformative, and I am grateful for the experiences I’ve had here. I have grown not only academically but also as a person, learning valuable lessons that will stay with me for the rest of my life.
