This year’s orientation was not how I imagined. It was definitely more enthusiastic and longer than last year. Now I don’t know what seniors did. But us juniors, we had a blast!! On the first day an icebreaker activity brought a lot of laughter and screams with it. We gathered batch-wise and played games outdoors. In later days we gathered in the Hawa Mahal for talks. These discussions had some obvious themes but I feel they were essential to kick-start the year. The themes were - “Have you ever felt in a xyz way? If not, then what would you do if you happen to feel it?” or “In this year, what are you looking forward to?” Even in our respective subject classes we spoke about what all different activities, projects, experiments we are going to do in the coming year. One thing, I feel, everyone will agree to is that this year’s orientation was the one to remember!
